Tom larkins is an awesome salesman .he is very nice very professional.went there to see the XSE Camry Toyota and I’m looking fir blue color but he lest us drive the gray XSE .and after that I said if he cou professional.went there to see the XSE Camry Toyota and I’m looking fir blue color but he lest us drive the gray XSE .and after that I said if he could order me a blue one he said he well .he said I wanna show you other car that might get interested so he bring me the TRD Camry and that point I change my mind I said to him I want that.he know how to please the costumer .I’m glad that he bring that out .I got the TRD.he’s really nice and awesome.with Robin there team are really very good. 100k bumper to bumper no good Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma drove it off the lot and it was making some noise scheduled service and told them I read reviews on the issue and it was t Bought a 2015 Toyota Tacoma drove it off the lot and it was making some noise scheduled service and told them I read reviews on the issue and it was the weather stripping that vibrates after 70 miles per hour they said they could not drive that fast so they could not diagnose the problem and fix the issue very disappointed that I purchased a hundred thousand bumper to bumper warranty and it did not cover this neither the fact that I bought the car a week ago I would not recommend this company to anyone More

5000 mile service Brian immediately meet me at the drive up service bay, greeted me and quickly took my information and told me how long my wait time would be, (which w Brian immediately meet me at the drive up service bay, greeted me and quickly took my information and told me how long my wait time would be, (which was accurate). I asked Brian if I could have the backup beep on my 2017 Prius modified because of the constant beeping while in reverse was annoying. Brian called over a senior service technician and he asked me if I had purchased the Prius from Mossy TOYOTA and I told him I had. The service technician said then the modification to the reverse beeping would be complementary. I was very impressed with the customer service from Mossy TOYOTA and called a friend today who lives in North County and recommend Mossy TOYOTA to him as I know he is in the market for a RAV4. Thank you. More

Pleasant Surprise I live 35 minutes away from Mossy Toyota, however, the very positive purchasing experience I had when I bought my new Highlander drew me back for serv I live 35 minutes away from Mossy Toyota, however, the very positive purchasing experience I had when I bought my new Highlander drew me back for servicing, versus a closer dealer. Well, today I was in for the complimentary oil change & inspection. My previous oil change took about 90 minutes - but Mossy has a very comfortable customer waiting area. Today I was in & out in 35 minutes - I only had half a cup of coffee and didn't get through my newspaper. The service rep Brian R. apparently was determined to not let me get comfortable in the wait area - kidding. More
