Ferman Chevrolet Poor Customer Service, First and Last Visit....Our appontment was for 0930. Arrived at 925. Informed the individual that I had a service appointment at 0930 and my representative was Gato Visit....Our appontment was for 0930. Arrived at 925. Informed the individual that I had a service appointment at 0930 and my representative was Gator. We were informed that Gator was out and Francheso would assist us. We at in the car waiting for Franchesco. Sat there and sat there. Someone would stop by momentarily and stated they were getting someone to help us. Other representatives were attending to other customers but no one would sign us in. No one would log in the car for service. All the cars went around us. Talked to the Service Manager, Brian. He seemed not to care. We waited over 20 minutes to be logged in for our appt. In the meantime we were behind cars that arrived after us. Once the service rep Mike came to talk to us...we were told it would be a 3 hour wait. Unacceptable. Numerous cars went ahead of us...because no one wanted to fill in for GATOR...This should not be their first rodeo of filling in for a service rep. Poor Customer Service...NOT going back...First and Last visit. Ferman Chevrolet is the Worst! More

I had the first service done today to my 2023 Colorado Trail Boss, I purchased it about 3 months ago, Rebecca was my sales person. Since I'm about 50 miles away from the dealer, I decided to call Rebe Trail Boss, I purchased it about 3 months ago, Rebecca was my sales person. Since I'm about 50 miles away from the dealer, I decided to call Rebecca for additional information. As always she was great and very helpfull, actually she handled everything for me, I was in and out within the hour. Can say enough, thanks Rebecca. Oh, and service department was awsome too, no issues or delays. More

The service department is poorly ran. I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of imme I arrived 10 minutes before my 4:45 appointment and was not helped until after 5pm. A customer that arrived 5 minutes after me was taken care of immediately and her vehicle was serviced while mine was not taken back for over 90 minutes after my arrival and did not leave till 7pm this is my third time with bad service at Ferman and will look for another Dealer to handle my warranty for Chevy..... More

Worst experience ever! Vehicle need an alignment. Had to wait 4 hours. Then took it to my Mechanic to get looked. Found it needed shocks. 3 days later took it to the dea Vehicle need an alignment. Had to wait 4 hours. Then took it to my Mechanic to get looked. Found it needed shocks. 3 days later took it to the dealer a few day later went to pick it up and on half the work was done no paperwork on what was done. Took a week for the service manager to respond. After another week of “waiting for parts” I called and he said he left a message days ago. The dealer is 2 hours round trip and this will be 3rd trip. No compensation, no customer service. And when the dealership called to ask about my experience and I told them of my experience and how I wa still waiting for parts. They said “oh ok’ we will call back next week to see if you change you mind”. Well guess what I haven’t. Would not recommend buying from this location. More

We've always have had a pleasant experience starting with the purchase of our 2018 Diesel Equinox Premier AWD back in 2017 with the famous "Z"... throughout the years our visits to the Ferman Chevrolet Servi the purchase of our 2018 Diesel Equinox Premier AWD back in 2017 with the famous "Z"... throughout the years our visits to the Ferman Chevrolet Service Department were also handled by professionals "Brian Rabeau" and "Robert Dugan" and since our original warranties have expired it was nice to meet "Dino Demarco" in Fermans Finance Department who was also a pleasure to work with in re-establishing warranty coverages for our vehicle into the future! More

I would like to commend Service Manager Brian Rabeau and Tech Joe for their assistance in reprogramming of TPMS on my 2006 Corvette. They were efficient,friendly and very informed of the chevrolet product. Tech Joe for their assistance in reprogramming of TPMS on my 2006 Corvette. They were efficient,friendly and very informed of the chevrolet product. They both are an asset to the Ferman Service team. I will never take my car back for repair work ever again. My car came in because of a Stabilitrak notice on my dash. 2 weeks later and $7385 later I left. 2 weeks later the same thing happened. Our service advisor Brian W. stated that they could not find an issue and we took it home again after spending another 2 weeks there. Two weeks later for the third time same issue. This time they kept the car 30 days. I must have called Brian W. 10 times. No response. Brian R. the service manager was also unresponsive. I then contacted the GM Brad Wise at least 5 times. No call back. Then I contacted the AGM Jimmy Larkin. He called back once and that was it. 55 days in the shop and all I wanted was for some communication. We paid $7385 of the first visit to find out that they didn't even fix the issue which they stated was a misfire on cylinder 1 and then the third time they said it was a misfire on cylinder 5. You would think for that kind of money it would be fixed. I even called Ferman himself and of course no call back. Worse customer service I ever had in my life. Go elsewhere for any repair work on your car. More
