I felt my car salesmen really had no interest, he seemed bothered. He was very nice but I wish I would have someone else. The experience with Selma Honda is always great. We have a 2013 Honda Accord Sport and this Sunday went in and bought our second Honda. First we were given a sales person who was brand new, just transition from service to sales. I understand being new in a position but this came with little to know knowledge of the car I was interested i just transition from service to sales. I understand being new in a position but this came with little to know knowledge of the car I was interested in. Experience was fine with finance department. Where I ran into big problems was the follow up after car purchase. I verbal told my sales person I wanted in home charge station. I was given no instructions on how to set up Honda link. As well as verbally telling sales person I wanted home install I also texted him several times that is what I wanted. He ignored those messages every time. I called office to talk to manager who tried to help but ultimately put a band aid over what my original ask was. It feels like we are on the track to fix but I still feel I am getting little to know information about the process and what comes next. Now I do t have my installation coupon so once again I am having to chase down answers to questions I have already asked. Not happy, and talking to others I am not the only one with a similar experience More

I was using the Goodwill program. It’s supposed to include everything but I had to pay separately spark plugs 275 and even that my car was still not fixed the problem is still there. I connected my code reader and supposedly told me that there is a bad spark plug or two which very frustrate me. Because now I have to take my car in a different day and spend another day or two in the shop without my car if this is a very huge inconvenience for me, not being honest, I would like a full refund. More
