It took a long long time to go through the process. We were there from 10:30 to 430. 8/30/2024 I purchased the Prepaid Maintenance Plan. I've stopped by Luther Kia and asked where the Maintenance Booklet for the plan was. I was told I'd receive it. I've Called and left messages. When I took my vehicle in for an Oil Change the Seevice Writer didn't know anything about the plan. What's going on? Where is the Plan Book? Or can I get my Money Back? More
