Stephen did an excellent job explaining the details of the lease to me and was professional but also personable throughout the entire process. Purchase Lease on Nissan Rogue I am absolutely thrilled with my new Nissan Rogue! I purchased a lease last evening and was very pleased with the experience. Luther had a great leasing offer I couldn't refused. I heard their ad on the radio and immediately called to find out more. John Pellerzi answered my call and answered my initial questions. My husband and I live in the Rochester area and decided to make a trip up and test drive one. John was very thorough with us and answered all of our questions. After weiging our lease vs. buy options, we decided the lease program was better for us. John and the business office team were very quick getting our paperwork together so that we could leave with the car that evening. We appreciated not having to come back up again. From the moment we walked in the door (they have one or more staff standing outside waiting to greet customers at all times) we had great customer service, from the front desk receptionist to the service technician who scheduled my first oil change, to Brian in finance and John in Sales. He walked me through the cars options and gave me a quick tutorial before we left. I was very impressed and so excited to have my new Rogue. I would recommend a visit to Nissan for anyone considering leasing or buying. Glad we heard that ad! More
