He had the car ready at the dealership for me to test drive - was knowledgeable of the car. No pressure at all. Each stage of the purchase was handled professionally and courteously. I had 5 days to return the car - brought it to my mechanics to look over. Found a few minor things - promptly addressed. Apparently, the car buying process has changed over the last 15 years! Well done~! More
