Brian has been with Luther Nissan Kia for over 14 years now. Brian started out washing cars and worked his way up the ladder onto the sales floor and now as a business manager. Brian lives in St Anthony with his wife and have just celebrated the birth of a brand new baby boy. He can't be more excited and proud of his new family. The service person did not listen to me very carefully. When I picked up our Kia Soul I looked over the list of services completed and did not find anything about two of the items that I had mentioned. One When I picked up our Kia Soul I looked over the list of services completed and did not find anything about two of the items that I had mentioned. One was that the check tires light was always on and the other was that the rear end was quite noisy. I would have thought that the person who moved the car around would have noticed the light being on even if the check-in person didn't write down what I said. When I asked about the noisy rear the check-out person said nothing was written down about that. An appointment was then made for the next day. The next day the report was that both rear shocks were leaking and were replaced. The report about the tire sensor light was that all of the tire sensors were checked and calibrated correctly. The wheel sensor light stayed off until the next day. Since then it has remained on all of the time. The noise from the rear end seems to be gone so I am confident that the shocks were replaced. I can only hope that the front brake work, etc was actually done, since I do not have the expertise to confirm those items More

When it came to to see if we could make an offer on the car, Matthew wrote it up and presented it to Dave Rife. Dave came back and seemed abrupt in declining our offer.... No counter offer. We ended up paying the full asking price, because frankly it had been a long day and this was the best we saw and I wanted this to be over. After the car was prepped, I noticed that one trim piece was now missing which Dave and Matt then arranged the service department to replace. The rest of the team, business and service were good. More
