We purchased our 2017 Sienna from Falmouth Toyta and have since received excellent service. Several weeks ago we decided to add a second car and I leased a 2021 Corolla. Very smooth buying process and great service department I have been taking my 2008 and 2012 to Falmouth Toyota for a while. I appreciate the honest, friendly and upfront service department. They went over and above for me and I appreciate it! When I decided to trade my 2017 Escape in on something better, I looked on Falmouth Toyota's website and found a 2019 Rav4 with ultra-low miles at a f When I decided to trade my 2017 Escape in on something better, I looked on Falmouth Toyota's website and found a 2019 Rav4 with ultra-low miles at a fair price. I visited the dealership 2 days later, where Brian Nascarella met me and was quickly able to determine that it was still in stock. He brought it around so I could sit in it and then took me for a ride. I was unable to drive it, as I am handicapped and require hand controls to drive. We went back inside and he took some information regarding my trade. After gathering the numbers and receiving approval from his sales manager, the deal was arranged quickly and within an hour from the time I arrived it was handshakes all around. I want to tell you the best part though!! Brian was able to arrange to take the car to Mobility Works in N. Attleboro for the hand control installation, and when the installation was complete he arranged drivers to pick it up and return it to Falmouth Toyota where I picked it up. As far as I am concerned, that is going WAY above and beyond what other dealers would have done. I really appreciate the service they gave me and would recommend that anyone who is looking for a car check Falmouth Toyota. More

With all visits including picking out my car, trading in my truck and managing the fin The trade in and purchase process was easy and relatively fast. With all visits including picking out my car, trading in my truck and managing the finance process took about 4 hours. Sales and finance staff were friendly and straight forward. No games or unnecessary warranties were pushed. Over all I was very happy with the experience. The only downside was the car had some bird droppings on it at pick up. This probably has more to do with the dealerships location near the canal than a lack on diligence by the staff. That said, if it was my dealership I would purchase some inexpensive car overs to protect the sold vehicles after they have been washed and prepped for the customer. It’s a good second sell practice. More
