Brian S. Mouffe was awesome. My son had some problems with the financing of the car and he helped my son to work it out and keep the car he purchased. The sal Mouffe was awesome. My son had some problems with the financing of the car and he helped my son to work it out and keep the car he purchased. The sales team we worked with was a good team also. But we really appreciated Brian's patience's and his time for solving the problem and it all worked out. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase another car from them. More

UPDATE: Big Two Toyota Will Not Fix Their Mistakes.I got UPDATE: Big Two Toyota Will Not Fix Their Mistakes. I got in contact with Brian Mouffe, the Finance Director, and he admitted that the dealership mad UPDATE: Big Two Toyota Will Not Fix Their Mistakes. I got in contact with Brian Mouffe, the Finance Director, and he admitted that the dealership made a mistake. Tyler Heath never informed the Finance Manager that the loan application should be submitted for 2.49%. Brian called Toyota Financial but since they wouldn't change the deal, he said there was nothing more he could do. Brian would not refund the difference or anything without costing me more money. *************** Just purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma Off Road. Worked with Internet Sales Manager Tyler Heath who was very responsive and helpful. I have no complaints with him. We discussed price and terms and I agreed with the understanding that I would get 2.49% financing for 72 months and it shouldn't be an issue with my great credit score. I was handed off to Finance Manager Anthony Clore and everything seemed in order. It was odd that he had me sign everything electronically without showing me the sales contract but the payment was in the proper ballpark so I didn't question it. He printed the paperwork and sealed it in an envelope and I was on my way. I found out at home that instead of 2.49%, I was given a 3.90% loan. I called to question the change and was informed that the rate is what TMCC sent back and it is what it is. There is nothing to be done. Nothing was mentioned at the time of signing. I left the dealership with a positive image of Big Two Toyota, but finding out I've been bait and switched is disappointing. They've definitely lost any future business with me. More

Great place filled with excellent personal. I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff I was greeted in the parking lot with a good morning and a smile, and was shown to my sales person, (not just go through there and turn right). Staff was very pleasant to work with, lunch was good, and the knowledge level was off the hook. Probably the best car buying experience I have had, even the finance experience was great. Thanks Brad More

Big Two tries to take advantage of young people. I took my boyfriend's son to do for his first car yesterday. We, after not finding what we were looking for at several other dealers, drive through t I took my boyfriend's son to do for his first car yesterday. We, after not finding what we were looking for at several other dealers, drive through the Big Two Toyora Scion lot. We found a car that would have been perfect for him. A 2006 Toyota Camry listed at $7811.00. Awesome right?...Maybe at AN HONEST dealer, but THESE GUYS WERE DEFINITELY NOT HONEST!!!! I FIRST HAD TO GO FIND A SALESMAN, And I asked him to seesee if they would 7k for the car, that we would pay half cash, then finance the other $3500.00. Well that's when the bull hit the fan. Remember, with the cash down we're talking 3500.00. Well when they were done filling out the paperwork, they had tried to swindle him out of not 20% or even 30% interest, but 200%!!!! Yes, they were charging $8500.00 On top of the $3500.00 down. Are you serous????? I cannot believe this is even legal!!! And then after we left and we tell they called and we told him we weren't interested they kept calling over and over and over again harassing him I can't believe it. I've NEVER EVER seen such crooked business lack of ethics in my life. More

On June 13, we went to Big 2 Toyota of Chandler along with my niece’s family who just arrived from the Philippines 2 days earlier as a result of a work relocation for her husband who is an engineer. The with my niece’s family who just arrived from the Philippines 2 days earlier as a result of a work relocation for her husband who is an engineer. They were looking to purchase a car that can provide basic transportation needs for them and their 2 year-old daughter. When we arrived at the dealership, I immediately laid out to our salesperson, Mike Thibodeau, my niece’s situation regarding credit history. We waited in the lobby while he goes and talk to someone in the Finance department. After a few minutes, Mike came back and took me to the office of the Finance Director, Brian Mouffe. When we entered Brian’s office he was on his cell phone texting. Mike, introduced me and briefly explained our situation. Brian, continued texting and never even looked up to acknowledge my presence. All he said (while still texting) was, “there’s nothing we can do for them, they can pay cash or find a co-signer”. All that time while we were in his office, Mr. Mouffe did not bother to stop even for a couple of seconds and acknowledge my presence! When we left his office, he was still on his cell phone texting! For a brief moment there, I thought Mr. Mouffe was rude and very unprofessional. That was probably the worst treatment I ever received as a customer. I felt humiliated and unappreciated! Mr. Mouffe’s demeanor made me feel like we were wasting his time and that he can’t get rid of us fast enough knowing that they probably won’t make any money from us. We left that dealership feeling disgusted and vowed not to ever return and to make sure our family, friends, and co-workers know how we were treated at that dealership!!! We went to San Tan Hyundai, and they treated us with respect and sincerely tried to help us. My niece put an $8,000 downpayment on a $17,000 pre-owned Sonata. The interest rate was a little high but they understand that they have to bite the bullet until they can build a solid credit history. They were happy and we truly appreciate the great customer service this dealership extended to us! To the salesperson’s credit at Big 2 Toyota, Mr. Mike Thibodeau has been very professional and treated us kindly. Thank you. BIG 2 TOYOTA HAS JUST BEEN ENTERED TO OUR FAMILY’S LIST OF WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More

If you are considering leasing a vehicle from the dealership please listen to me and RUN the other way. My lease was ending on my camry and 3 months prior to the end date I was notified of my option dealership please listen to me and RUN the other way. My lease was ending on my camry and 3 months prior to the end date I was notified of my options by Toyota Financial Services. One option was to purchase the vehicle. That is the option I chose and it caused me 3 months of aggravation and headaches because unfortunately you have to go back to the dealership you purchased the car from! The only way this dealership will "help" you is if you are purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to so many people who pawned me off on somebody else the second they learned I did not want to buy a new car. They even directed me to leave messages (which I did!) for a person I later found out no longer even worked there. Going up the chain of command did nothing for me either. I got a lot of empty apologies but no effort to help me or resolve the simple issue of drawing up paperwork so I could buy the car. I've even had appointments scheduled with Wendy DiPerna two times and the first time she had "an emergency funeral" and never showed up and then today she just didn't show up and I was never told why. I had to find someone else on my own to do the paperwork. Today when I was down there for the very last time I will ever set foot in that dispicable dealership I heard a sales rep talking up that they pride themselves on customer service there. I burst into hysterical laughter as nothing is farther from the truth!! It would take more words than this slot allows for me to tell you all the horrors of this dealership that I personally experienced. Please, please, go somewhere else because no one should have to experience what I did when you spend a large amount of hard earned money there. More
