Lastly, Sheldon helped secure a test drive for me while Brian was out - despite not being a direct customer, he was courteous and open to discussing any questions I had regarding my search. In what presented itself as a really tough situation - needing a financed vehicle ASAP - these guys made things a lot less stressful! I will definitely be returning in the future. More

Where do I start? My first experience White River left much to be desired, I believed my sales person was more interested in selling the vehicle than what was right fo My first experience White River left much to be desired, I believed my sales person was more interested in selling the vehicle than what was right for me, Lesson learned. I went looking for another Toyota and found myself in a pickle as there are only a couple of dealerships nearby. I went to a dealership and was not impressed with the sales staffs lackluster approach to assisting me finding the right vehicle. So, I decided to take another (cautious) chance with White River. I called and got connected with Brian Moore. I knew what I wanted and I was waiting for the 25's to come out on the website for order. Brian didn't fill my head with a bunch of fluff and xx, and told me there are possible routes to get my vehicle just the way I wanted it. I passed on a build list and we awaited for something close to come along. Something finally popped up and he alerted me immediately. He worked hand in hand with me to get the available truck customized to the exact build I wanted. After several calls and a meet and greet we finally received the truck, Brian made to whole process painless, stress free, and even enjoyable. He did a fabulous job and made a repeat customer.
