At another dealership they basically took the pricing info away from me the second I said I wasn’t ready to buy, even though I was clear from the start when I walked in that I was looking at a few options. Brian was the exact opposite. He let me take the time I needed and even encouraged me to talk things over with my husband. That meant a lot. I knew exactly what I wanted in my new 4 Runner which he put in a lot of work to find I did not know what color as I changed my mind 4 times. Brian would just laugh when I called and say I will see what I can do. He is the best salesman ever and I hope he never leaves the Toyota business. Josh Harrington is amazing as well. Wow! !! I called 4 Toyota dealers to let them know my lease was up in a month. I gave them my price range and what I was looking for. Brian Moore responded !! I called 4 Toyota dealers to let them know my lease was up in a month. I gave them my price range and what I was looking for. Brian Moore responded within 30 min. With everything I wanted. He called me should photos etc. We drove over the next day. We took a test run, he went through all the paperwork etc and we were out and happy within a few hours. We are so pleased to have found a great dealership and sales man we will continue to work with. Brian Moore is very knowledgeable and great with his work! Pleasant, fun, smart and caring!
