At another dealership they basically took the pricing info away from me the second I said I wasn’t ready to buy, even though I was clear from the start when I walked in that I was looking at a few options. I knew exactly what I wanted in my new 4 Runner which he put in a lot of work to find I did not know what color as I changed my mind 4 times. Wow! !! I called 4 Toyota dealers to let them know my lease was up in a month. I gave them my price range and what I was looking for. Brian Moore responded !! He called me should photos etc. We drove over the next day. We took a test run, he went through all the paperwork etc and we were out and happy within a few hours. When this one became available we jumped on it, sight unseen. Being that we live about 4.5 hours away, we did just about everything over the phone. It was a super simple process. We spent very little time at the dealership on the day of signing/trade in. We appreciated that everything was done very efficiently and without any hassles. Brian was super helpful throughout the process by sending us video messages. I’m in love with my new “mom car.” It will be perfect while hauling around my family of 6 to all the sports games.
