Rowe Westbrook, and especially Mace, and Brian were everything one expects from a new car dealership. However, Mace and Brian went far above and beyond the norm, as our situation called for anything bu everything one expects from a new car dealership. Essentially, when we went to look at the Calligraphy, we already had three vehicles to sell first. Two of them were Harley touring bikes. To make a long story short, Rowe Westbrook, Mace and Brian, sold the vehicles for us. The Mustang was used as a trade-in, and the two bikes were bought outright by Big Moose H-D. All the sale prices were fair and reasonable as well. Mace also knew we were under a time constraint, as we were leaving town for three weeks in a few short days. With their help, EVERYTHING went smoothly, and we'll pick up our new Calligraphy when we return to Maine! Good job Rowe Ford! More

Seth goes above and beyond always making sure you have everything you need like something to drink and updated on everything that is going on with the paperwork or the vehicle. He takes his time to go over the numbers and welcomes any questions as he doesnt want you leaving with any but will always be there to answer any you have in the future.
