As a frequent automotive purchaser for my business, my recent transaction at Ira Toyota of Manchester represents the most unsatisfactory dealership experience I have encountered. While my sales representat recent transaction at Ira Toyota of Manchester represents the most unsatisfactory dealership experience I have encountered. While my sales representative provided excellent service, post-purchase issues arose. Driving from the dealership, I discovered multiple malfunctioning lights (headlight, brake light, and marker light), indicating a failure to conduct a proper state inspection, for which I was billed. Furthermore, the finance manager added undisclosed charges of $1,000 for Icon and $1,139 for Caltex without explanation or consent. The opacity of the electronic signature process, coupled with the finance manager's dismissive response to my inquiry about what each signature was for, contributed to this unfair and deceitful business practice. My subsequent attempt to resolve the matter with the dealership proved unsuccessful. Following a request to speak with a manager, I was informed that the additional charge was applied to all vehicles. I questioned why this wasn't reflected in the initial sticker price and received a response that it should have been. And he would find out what happened. Despite assurances of further investigation and a callback, I received no follow-up. However, I subsequently spoke with the finance manager, who claimed that those additions were already added by the time I saw him. This is a claim I found inaccurate. After further communication, a manager offered assistance only if I visited the dealership in person, I informed him that it would be a significant inconvenience given my distance. Despite this, I made the half-day trip in theunderstanding that a resolution would be worked on. However, a resolution was not achieved, as the manager refused to meet with me. Why would you further waste my time? Ira Toyota of Manchester engages in deceptive, unethical, and unfair business practices with its customers. They fraudulently bill for state inspections that are not performed and add unapproved and unnecessary charges without customer consent. Avoid this dealership! More

IRA gets most things right: friendly, informative, eager, and quick to remedy issues. The shortfall was the car wasnt ready at the scheduled pick up time, the mats were absent, and the spare key didn’t work. and quick to remedy issues. Car Dealership Review Not a dealership I would do business with. I inquired about their used car that has been on the lot for 70+ days on 10/7/24. They didn’t reach out until I had to call them about the car’s situation 10/10/24. I mentioned to them that I’m from out of state and I’m willing to fly within a reasonable timeframe (not the day/week of) to purchase the vehicle. I told them I’m more than happy to put a deposit, run my credit, fly over and sign, get a banks check, whatever to make my situation more urgent and serious. The internet car salesman said he will talk to the Director of Used Car to further discuss if there is wiggle room for negotiation. I called on 10/11 to see if there was an update, he will reach out as soon as he gets an answer, he mentioned that they can ship the vehicle due to a special circumstance and how I am a much more serious buyer. 10/13/24 rolls by and I called to get an update, still nothing. I ask if I can speak to the Director. 10/14/24, I reached out that I have a busy work day to close the communication loop and make sure I’m doing right on my part. Internet car salesman said, they can’t go any lower but he was try to vouch for me since I’m a serious buyer. I get a call later in the evening that, unfortunately the there was a deposit made and the person is flying out immediately. I was not aware that the dealership was even accepting a deposit when I urge that I can do anything to make my situation more accommodating when they haven’t accommodated my inquiries. I told the internet car salesman to have the Director reach out to make to discuss what was transpired. He said I can’t hold the car for you and if you want me to hold the car, you need to book a flight today and show me the proof, then I can hold it for you. Soon after I heard another person on the line saying “Why are you still talking to that person from AZ, just drop him and hang up on him.” During the whole process, I’ve been negotiating on myself, there was no communication between the team. I had to repeat multiple things in several instances so it seems that they weren’t valuing my time. It is pretty upsetting on how the dealership culture has come to be, not in my lifetime where I would be upset enough to leave a review like this. It might be a good idea to not have your team saying anything too loud over the phone where your buyer can hear what they are saying about you. Lastly, maybe it’s a good idea to close the communication gap so your potential buyers are heard and maybe your buyers would be more trusting would want to move forward on a deal quicker. I’ve called several more times than the dealership has called me, at least try to show some interest in your buyers. For you out of state buyers, save yourself time and avoid this dealership. More

Service reps that I have worked with the two times in four weeks of ownership were ok to deal with and understood the issues I had with my new purchase (used vehicle, CERTIFIED). The lates one was trying four weeks of ownership were ok to deal with and understood the issues I had with my new purchase (used vehicle, CERTIFIED). The lates one was trying to convince me that replacing the SD card was an Internal software issue, not the SD card the manual tells you to check. Unfortunately, the sales staff and loan officer were not so truthful. I was told full warranty, but when came time for repairs of deficiency known at sale, they would not cover them. Also, I was told I needed brake and differential fluid changes. I put less that 1300 miles on it since purchase. I would think they would have changed fluids before sale. We now have a 3 letter word that should not be repeated. More
