Then spent time with me setting up the Features, and Helped me to try to learn how to use all the new equipment, which is very difficult for an 83 year old woman to learn. I priced the RAV4 at all other dealerships in Portland area, and the offered me more on my trade in and most of them were slightly lower on price difference between trade in and new car. But I was much more impressed with Brian to deal with! Other dealerships I would have an appointment with a sales person but when I arrived 3 of them switched me to another sales person. I felt like I could depend on Brian Lloyd from the beginning. More
