They claimed the new price had not been updated, even though they were both on the sales floor. Total false advertisement! Then we had 3 different sales people. After 5 hours, we had enough of all the wrong info on 2 cars that we could take. No bull (happened), one sales person (try 3), one price (oops, forgot to update that too), no hassle (not even close). 0 for 4. Going somewhere else. More

Brian handled everything, gave me fair value I expected for my car, and I had new keys and out the door. Made it back to work without anyone noticing I was gone, with a new car! More

Even though I was committed to another salesman while finding the perfect truck for me, Brian greeted me several times and answered questions and helped me out even though I was working with another salesman who happened to not be there on a couple occasions. Brian went above and beyond fully aware that he was not going to get Commission out of a future sale from me (risking missing out on a possible sale) and that to me shows how much pride he has in his company and his job to go above and beyond for anyone who comes to that dealership. More
