Ray was a great! We were very specific in which type of vehicle we wanted and he immediately began the hunt for it for us. I mad 18 hours agoNEW Terrible communication, management is lazy, salespeople lose cars and they can't file dmv paperwork. Don't go, seriously. I made an appointment, took me 6 hours to buy a car I knew I wanted. Car needed a detail, magically had bumper damage when I went to pick it up. Manager wrote me a service order to have it fixed the next week, took 2 months and several phone calls and voicemails that all went unanswered. Service team was great! 6 months later no registration in the mail, after a long wait on the phone with the dmv turns out the dealership mis-filed my paperwork and I wouldn't have received it had I not called in. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm never going back, not even for service despite how well the service team treated me. I tell friends, family and acquaintances to stay away. More
