WORST was their agreement to return a rental car on date required. Let rental car set there for 15 days and ran up an unnecessary $1,185.39 bill because they did not return rental car as promised. Attemts to resolve situation was will call you back. No calls as promised. Off to the races, they do not deserve such high accolades as seen in other reviews. Unhappy Jack! More

EDIT: Overall, I had a very good first-time car buying experience here at Wilsonville Toyota. I initially wasn't entirely happy, but management did follow up with me and were genuinely interested in makin experience here at Wilsonville Toyota. I initially wasn't entirely happy, but management did follow up with me and were genuinely interested in making things right, and we were able to resolve the issue I had. Initial contact - I got a call from sales within minutes of submitting a request online to discuss my interest in the vehicle. They also went outside, took a video of the vehicle, and posted it to YouTube for me to see. Truly outstanding. 5/5 At the dealership - General: Communication was not the greatest. When I arrived, they couldn't find the car, and I probably spent about 45 minutes waiting while they located it. It was at the Subaru location for detailing / inside cleaning. EDIT: This may have been in part due to the short turn around. If I recall, I went to the dealership the same day I submitted my initial inquiry. EDIT regarding the service department. I had a follow up visit and this time it was very clear who my advisor was, which is important to know when picking up your vehicle. I think the confusion on my 1st visit may have been a one time thing. Much better the 2nd time around. - Cole Jackson: My sales person. Very friendly and professional. I really enjoyed working with him, it was probably the best part of my experience. He's knowledgeable, personable, and an all-around good guy. I was also impressed how well he knows vehicles in general - I had questions about various mechanisms and controls on the test drive and he answered them all. Great learning experience. I give Cole a 5/5. Working with him was definitely the best part of my visit. EDIT -Brian: Manager on my sale. I confess, when I wrote the first review I was a bit upset, and think I was unfair to Brian and that I had a bit of a misunderstanding. He did follow up with me regarding the issue I had, was very professional, and genuinely interested in working with me to solve my issue and ensure I was happy with the service I received. Also edit, changed rating to 5 stars. At the end of the day, everything worked out. All's well that ends well, and I am very happy with my 2015 Toyota RAV4. Thanks for making this happen! More
