My recent experience with Landers McLarty Subaru was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling deceived. Despite expressing my interest in a specific vehicle and reserving an appointment that afternoon incredibly frustrating and left me feeling deceived. Despite expressing my interest in a specific vehicle and reserving an appointment that afternoon, the sales team failed to inform me that the vehicle was not truly reserved until I paid a deposit. As a result, the car was sold to someone else over the phone within a few hours. This lack of professionalism and disregard for my needs as a customer was deeply disappointing. The sales representative did not ask enough questions about my intentions to buy and assumed I was only interested in a test drive, even though I live out of state. It is clear that the dealership's primary focus is making a sale, rather than providing quality customer service. This lack of integrity and attention to customer needs is disheartening. Selling the car I had reserved without giving me the opportunity to purchase it is completely unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customer loyalty and satisfaction. I wasted time and resources preparing to buy the car, only to have it snatched away without any consideration for my needs. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Landers McLarty Subaru to proceed with caution. Their failure to ask important questions, misleading communication about vehicle reservations, and ultimately selling the reserved car without consideration for me as a customer have left me dissatisfied and frustrated. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a trustworthy car-buying experience. More

I would recommend anyone that needs service done to seek out the experts at Landers McLarty Subaru. I wanted to update the body side molding on my 2022 Forester Wilderness and without hesitation Kim in Par out the experts at Landers McLarty Subaru. I wanted to update the body side molding on my 2022 Forester Wilderness and without hesitation Kim in Parts, promptly ordered the part!! It required some additional scheduling as the ceramic coating needed to be removed from the new areas, but Brian and Christian were on it!! Zach the service advisor scheduled it with Matt who patiently removed the older moldings and put the new ones on perfectly!! If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! Always feel like they treat me as family!! More

Jay was a thorough salesman and delivered the car in top notch condition. I’m extremely pleased with this experience. More

Kendal was very friendly and helpful. She provided all the information I needed/wanted on the Legacy that I was interested in to try and make my decision. She also sent me additional info on the vehicle that she thought would help but she wasn’t pushy on trying to get me to the dealership. She allowed me time to think it over without making me feel rushed or pressured. The entire team made me feel as they all wanted to help and the purchase was smooth and fast. I ended up coming in on an unplanned day and Markeyce was able to help me as I showed up on Kendal off day. He made sure the manager knew I had been working with Kendal but ensured me they would get me taken care of and in the vehicle I wanted. The buying process was smooth as they didn’t waste my time low balling me on my trade and gave me fair numbers up front and we were able to move forward and purchase the vehicle. Great team at Subaru in Huntsville. More

If not for Brian Klie and I would still be taking my car repeatedly to Darryl Waltrip, and downtown Nashville dealership attempting to retrieve honest answers and a real repair for a problem that could neve repeatedly to Darryl Waltrip, and downtown Nashville dealership attempting to retrieve honest answers and a real repair for a problem that could never be identified. After 2 years of having Waltrip taking $ from Subaru advocacy to fix and or repair a fabricated potential problem and Nashville Subaru keeping my car on the lot without a fix solution and then taking the $ advocacy provided because they gave me a loner with prior damage ....Brian stepped in and had the Gallatin Subaru dealership where he has ties find the real issue with a "constant check engine light." He advocated for me with regard to everything from start to finish. I needed my car as an on the road health care professional. Two family friends have purchased from Landers McClarty and Brian and his team came highly recommended. If not for Brian Subaru Nashville would still have my car sitting on their lot "forgotten." I highly recommend Brian and his team. The other two dealerships need to be under serious investigation as Waltrip new my car was having serious problems way before the warranty was up, and Nashville also fabricated a problem that wasn't the issue after giving several excuses for holding the car with a giant "bill," for a fix that wasn't warranted. More

My experience was by far the best in all my years. Everyone at the dealership were so pleasant with a smile on their face. The employees truly enjoy their job! Kendal Roderick was my salesperson and I cannot brag on her enough. She was not only knowledgeable, she was so very patient. I felt a connection early on and it just got better from there. Kendal is fantastic at customer service. She never made me feel pressured. She answered all of our questions and trust me, there were many. The parts department was also very accommodating. The gentleman working that day helped us a great deal. The service department was awesome too. They were able to tint my windows while we grabbed a late lunch. Everything was just perfect. Everyone made us feel comfortable. I have already told my family and friends about our fantastic experience! I look forward to seeing everyone again when I get my first oil change! Kudos to Kendal, and the entire Subaru team! More
