In my 70 years on this planet, this is the worst car dealership I have ever leased a new car from. They lie, especially the sales manager. They deliver a vehicle that is not even clean. This is a Cadi dealership I have ever leased a new car from. They lie, especially the sales manager. They deliver a vehicle that is not even clean. This is a Cadillac dealership and this is the first Cadillac I have had. The car itself is good. I actually like it. I got screwed out of a free charger installation and stuck with a free charging service I can't use since there are none of them within 120 miles from me. I tend to trust people. I learned my lesson and lost faith in people. They lie extensively. They don't return your calls. I will never deal with them again and I don't think you should either. More

Silver Lining in All of It When I found out my GMC Terrain was considered totaled, I was gutted. I bought my Terrain 6 years ago from Rizza and loved every bit of it. Coming back to Rizza, Larry took Terrain was considered totaled, I was gutted. I bought my Terrain 6 years ago from Rizza and loved every bit of it. Coming back to Rizza, Larry took care of me and my family as we were reeling from the car accident. He is so kind, empathetic, and organic. Speaking with Larry while we were walking through my 2nd purchase of my next Terrain was the silver lining in all that my family had experienced. I am so grateful that Larry took the time to listen and be with me and my family during this moment. My favorite part was that he was present every step of the way. More

12/23/23 the worst I have ever been treated at a dealership test drove the ct4 sticker price was $42k they test drove my truck and sat down to review the deal and they raised the sticker price to $4 dealership test drove the ct4 sticker price was $42k they test drove my truck and sat down to review the deal and they raised the sticker price to $47k said it was in high demand and the car has been on the lot for months and offered me half of what my truck was worth never again will I I shop Rizza More

Beautiful dealership appearance wise. Staff certifying the vehicle failed to be complete in their inspection process leaving the tire monitor reading only three of the four tire pressure Staff certifying the vehicle failed to be complete in their inspection process leaving the tire monitor reading only three of the four tire pressure readings. Fourth tire pressure reading is still not registering. This is important and remains to be addressed and fixed. Center console latch fails to lock console in down position. Not a big deal here but should have been caught and fixed prior to being marketed for sale. My only serious criticism is the certifying component of this dealership glossed over these two items while doing their certified vehicle inspection. More
