Serviced my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They stated they “fixed”. Got my car back and had issues that I wasn’t experiencing prior to them working on my car. I am on a 7 hour drive, driving north about 3/4s of the way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in way through. My check engine light popped on. Along with every other light on my dash. And this was the nearest shop/Honda dealership to me. I was in a panic. Worried about cost, was i going to make my friends wedding..... So I'm sure i was difficult to handle. But this is why I'm leaving this review, they were so nice and so upbeat that I felt they were truly there to help. Which I believe that kind of customer service is so hard to get. Thanks again Service Dept. More

He gives you a straight answer on what is really needed and makes sure the customer really understa regards to getting your car serviced or repaired. I had a fantastic experience while getting my vehicle serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, it was clear that they truly care about both the vehicle and customer. One thing that real serviced. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, it was clear that they truly care about both the vehicle and customer. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of cleanliness and professionalism. They put a plastic cover over the driver’s seat, a disposable paper floor mat, and a plastic cover over the steering wheel to make sure nothing inside the vehicle gets dirty during the service. This kind of attention to detail is rare these days and really shows they go the extra while no matter how old or new the vehicle is. More

The entire service department was efficient, courteous, and honest. I was able to get my vehicle serviced within an hour without an appointment which is something that can’t be said for many other service and honest. When I brought my car in, it was diagnosed with one wrong thing. They fix it and suddenly there’s a new thing wrong with the car… Finally get it fixed and take it home, only to find out it was never actually thing. They fix it and suddenly there’s a new thing wrong with the car… Finally get it fixed and take it home, only to find out it was never actually fixed. They just took $5k from me. Called them again and they start guessing about what’s wrong… They fix the spark plugs and then suddenly my car is in worse shape than it was originally-like they messed it up! After calling the service manager repeatedly, I finally heard back. He said my car was dead from the start… but I never got an apology. Then they gave me three options, 1 I only get $6k towards trade in, 2 the try to clean the engine to fix the problem, or I finally get my money refunded and car towed back home… We got it towed home, now worse than before. Not trusting them again to fix my cars. More
