This was the perfect place to buy our family's second car! We found a great car at an excellent price online, but live 1.5+ hrs away and didn't think we'd make it in time to fully check it out. We called ahead, and we got help starting the process at home so we could be seen that same day. We came up and worked with JD, and he is the best car salesman we've ever had the pleasure of working with! He is kind, patient, professional, and helped keep our three kids comfortable and happy while we signed paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about Royal Moore Subaru and JD - you won't be disappointed! More

Low pressure salesman Jovanni was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was so kind and friendly & we felt he wanted to please us, not just ‘sell us a car’. From my intial call with Henry to walking out of the finance office with Brian, this was by far the best and smoothest experience I've ever had a dea From my intial call with Henry to walking out of the finance office with Brian, this was by far the best and smoothest experience I've ever had a dealership. Henry was cool, calm, and collected. He was patient and willing to answer any questions my wife and I had regarding the WRX. Royal Moore was able to price match another dealer for the same trim without any hesitation. Brian was also very accomodating. I've had some finance managers in previous situations pressure me into getting additional warranties even when explicitly denying. In fact, his calming demeanor and sharing the products from an educational rather than sales perspective convinced me to get something to protect my vehicle. Since I ended the purchase late at night, the detailers had left for the evening. They scheduled a time for me to come back, in addition to applying the service I had purchased. Lo and behold a scratch was found; I thought that I'd be out of luck since I had already taken the vehicle home. Not only did Royal Moore take full ownership of the situation, they did it with speed and grace. Cassidy is also an absolute treasure at Royal Moore; hope you get to meet her! She told me that Clint on the management team was able to get my door (with the deep scratch) repaired. This meant repainting the whole door. Previously, I thought that I was pretty fluid with what dealership I went to. This was totally unexpected and really proved to me how Royal Moore stands behind what they do. I did not feel pressured at any point. I felt like I was visiting an old friend at their home rather than entering a lions' den. This is the recipe that I wish more dealers had for selling cars. Creating an environment where guests want to come and buy. Thank you to the Royal Moore team for my wonderful car and for the incredible service. I will be back! More
