Do not do business with Terre Haute Chevrolet if you expect them to honor a signed contract. I arrived with my checkbook, negotiated in good faith (even provided info that worked against me), signed the expect them to honor a signed contract. I arrived with my checkbook, negotiated in good faith (even provided info that worked against me), signed the purchase agreement, and left a deposit. Over the next two business days, while coordinating shipping and window tint/PPF installation, they told me there was a “problem” but said it was being handled. After two more days of complete silence, I contacted them and was told they would not honor the signed agreement — and that I would have to pay thousands more just to complete the deal. This is outrageous. They backed out of a legally binding agreement with a serious buyer, wasting my time and showing a total lack of professionalism or integrity. Buyers: be extremely cautious. Even a signed purchase agreement and deposit are not safe with this dealership. I am veteran retired from the military with a terminal illness and I feel taken advantage of. More
