After hours driving around and feeling a bit defeated. My uncle and I decided to go to Hamilton Mazda. I was impressed with not only their selection, but how understanding Brian the Salesman was. He's patient, calm, friendly, knowledgeable, and there was absolutely no pressure during the process. The ball was completely in our court! We felt comfortable asking him questions and we felt he was honest. In fact, all the staff we encountered at the Hamilton Mazda dealership were kind and relaxed, including Alex who helped inform us on warranty opportunities. I had been in a car accident and wanted a car that was reliable and that I felt safe driving. It was the first time I had a Mazda. I drove the car for 40 months without any problems and with stress free maintenance and assistance from the service department. This month I am happy to say I am now driving a Soul Red 2016 Mazda6 with the assistance once again from Brian Harris.
