She was in constant touch with us, and answered our queries even outside her working hours at times when needed. She would come back with answers on all our questions, no matter how detailed. She was helpful during test drives with different options. The dealership was not pushy, no surprises with any hidden fees or mandatory accessories. F&I process with Amir was again transparent. He was patient enough to explain various products but did not over-sell. Overall, I would definitely recommend Galpin Mazda, and Brenda specifically, for buying a vehicle. More
