I have been dealing with this dealership since 2020. Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule fo Since then service has been up and down. This past experience started with calling on 2/24/2025 for an appointment. I finally was able to schedule for 3/25/2025. I was told they would do a diagnostic the next day. Through the next couple of days I would receive a text message informing me they weren’t able to do the diagnostic. This message always ended with a promise of doing the diagnostic the next day. Finally on 4/22/2025 I texted saying I had changed my mind on the service. I mentioned I would be looking at a new purchase, which I did. I am set to return on 4/7/2025 for a follow up test drive. This morning I woke feeling maybe I shouldn’t make this purchase of a Gv80. I am concerned after owning a Genisis and being a returning customer that I would be treated like this. Not a good position to be in! Not a good way to have a customer feel.
