I have been with Nissan for 16 years. Having owned several Nissan’s and sold 1000’s so I can speak to the Quality, Innovation, and Reliability of the Nissan Product. I like to go over the vehicles in detail so that you fully understand what you’re getting when you get a Nissan from myself and Suburban Nissan of Farmington Hills. My goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service and a non-pressuring shopping experience. I am here to answer any questions you may have. I take care of my customers before, during, and after the sale. All my customers are given my personal cell phone number and can reach me day and night with any questions or concerns. I also give all my customers car washes for life on any vehicle you bring me even if you didn't get it from me and yes I wash your car personally:) It is my little way to say thank you for your business. I am always here for YOU!

I met this nice man brian Evans at the gas station. He saw me in a panic cause I had a flat tire and had my 3 small children with. He offered to help. He not only changed my tire on my ford explorer but h saw me in a panic cause I had a flat tire and had my 3 small children with. He offered to help. He not only changed my tire on my ford explorer but he had me follow him to his dealership down the road (which is a Nissan). He had his service department fix my tire for free. Washed my car for me. I mean wow, who does that? He got me and my boys refreshments and snacks while we waited. Gave me his card if I needed anything else with my vehicle to call him. Didnt ask me for anything, no money, no sale, nothing. This is customer service. Let's just say, my next vehicle is a nissan. More
