So impressed -- I had a concern that came up right before a long road from Minnesota to Oklahoma. They got me in right away, checked over the car, and determined it was a bolt that needed to be tightened aft a long road from Minnesota to Oklahoma. They got me in right away, checked over the car, and determined it was a bolt that needed to be tightened after hitting a bad pothole and made sure everything else was safe. They could easily charged hundreds of dollars and I would have been none the wiser, but they charged me nothing. I think that speaks volumes about the customer service they provide. I'm new to the area and have had some bad experiences with a previous Toyota dealer. They have earned a customer for life. Thank you Dan and crew! More

I don't recommend st. cloud toyota service center for anyone who is in a hurry. Despite being due for a oil change I couldn't get an appointment to get my car serviced for cloud toyota service center for anyone who is in a hurry. I went in for a heater-related issue and I was helped by Rob. Rob is an amazing person and all he cares about is for the customer to leave the dealership satisfied with everything. My issue was supposed to Rob. Rob is an amazing person and all he cares about is for the customer to leave the dealership satisfied with everything. My issue was supposed to take 4 to 5 hours but Rob talked to the lead technician who was able to finish it in 2 - 3 hours. I am not saying that Rob is the only friendly person there, but also everyone in the service department is welcoming and attempts to make anyone's visit as quick and as satisfying as possible. Thank you Rob for the amazing service i hope you have an amazing rest of your week. More
