Oil change plus several smaller repairs. I scheduled an online oil change, but also needed a few smaller repairs. Even though the dealership was heavily booked, they found the time to work o I scheduled an online oil change, but also needed a few smaller repairs. Even though the dealership was heavily booked, they found the time to work on virtually all of the repairs requested (which was beyond the requisite time allowed for the basic online scheduler). Good job! More

Put my mind at ease I took my car in for a routine oil change at Hendrick's Toyota in Merriam, Kansas. And asked if they could fix the a piece of trim that was falling do I took my car in for a routine oil change at Hendrick's Toyota in Merriam, Kansas. And asked if they could fix the a piece of trim that was falling down inside my car. They had my car for almost 4 hours and told me I needed to replace my rack and pinion. They made me feel like my car was unsafe to drive the 500 miles home in without that $1350 replacement. I could not stay another day in KS cuz I was due at work the next day. The $45 repair they did to fix my trim did not last longer than a hour before it was falling down again. I called St. Cloud Toyota and explained I needed an estimate for a rack and pinion and a repair done on the trim again. Brian suggested another Multipoint inspection, and they would look at my trim. You guys fixed the trim for me and mentioned the previous repair actually did some damage to a clip. He also mentioned my car is safe to drive...and didn't suggest replacing a rack and pinion at this point in time. There is a seep, but no leak. Wow...so THANKFUL for that 2nd inspection. And I was even more pleased when there was no charge. I cannot thank you enough for taking that time. More

Oil change plus oxidation of paint surface on my vehicle Service is outstanding! i mentioned that my driver door was turning from white to a tan color over time for some reason. The mentioned that it is li Service is outstanding! i mentioned that my driver door was turning from white to a tan color over time for some reason. The mentioned that it is likely oxidation and recommended an exterior detail which they provide. I agreed to have them do the detail. WOW, it looks brand new. I had a friend ask if i purchased another new vehicle (and this is a 2010 model). Simply impressive. More

Service not completed when promised. I called service department to make appointment for a normal 10K service on My Lexus SUV and sedan. I was told that we had multiple technicians on han I called service department to make appointment for a normal 10K service on My Lexus SUV and sedan. I was told that we had multiple technicians on hand and could service both vehicles at same time. We made appointments this way so we could both take a walk and avoid sitting in the waiting area to avoid any virus. We took a walk, shopped at Menards and returned about 1.25 hours after dropping the vehicles off. Service was not complete at this time as promised. Completion of service was close to TWO hours on both vehicles. We both have light tan interior carpet and door sills. After picking up both vehicles there was dark stains on door sill and carpet indicating a technician had dirty boots/shoes.On the up side after questioning the delay in servicing, I was given a free coupon for an oil change on our next service. I returned 2 days later to show the service department the dark stains. Brian used a cleaner and towel to eliminate stains. More

Two year old Rav said it needed service. Turns out it was just due for tire rotation which, of course, is important and often neglected.
