I began my automotive career over 22 years ago, as a car wash attendant at a local Mercedes-Benz dealership. Throughout the years I have advanced through the dealership gaining experience in the Parts Department, Marketing Department and Service Departments, which helps me provide the best assistance possible today. I joined the Rusnak Family in January of 2008 as a Service Advisor for Rusnak Mercedes-Benz, until recently promoted to my current position as Service Manager at Rusnak Service Center for Rolls-Royce, Bentley, Maserati, and Karma. I look forward to many more years here in the Rusnak Family, working with our great team to make each experience enjoyable.

Service Advisor Andrew is awesome and professional. Eventhough the loaner car's interior was very dirty and smells bad. Exceeded my expectations by even taking care of things unrelated to my original service request.
