The car I purchased had damage from an accident that was not disclosed by the dealership before I bought it. A purchase I would not have made had I been given that information. I specifically asked their sales associate if the car has been in any accident or had damage before moving forward with the purchase. I was informed the car was great and nothing was wrong with it. I bought the car and then found out it had been in an accident and it had been repaired. However the repairs were not done correctly. Very disappointed and have reached out to the dealership but have not yet received a response on how they can fix this. It might be time to speak to a lawyer. More

I was approached as soon as I arrived - no waiting. Brian was my salesperson and I'd recommend him in a heart beat over and over again. I told him up front what I car I wanted and what I didn't want - Brian was my salesperson and I'd recommend him in a heart beat over and over again. I told him up front what I car I wanted and what I didn't want - ie; black car or leather seats.... Little did I know he would lead me to the perfect car for me. Being a Hyundai fan, I wasn't even going to test drive it. He strongly suggested for me to drive it. I'm glad he did. The car has more bells & whistles than I would have picked, but again, so glad I got the extras. My last Hyundai was a 2007, so anything would be an upgrade and I'd be happy. Loving technology the way I do, I would have short-changed myself. I LOVE MY CAR. The buying experience? It took a little long, :) but working as a receptionist for another dealership a few years ago, I knew that buying a car takes time. The day I bought my car, the technology I love, the computers were running slow at the dealership, BUT once it cleared itself, things moved right a long. Brian was there the whole time, answering questions and sharing life stories. Sounds like a lot, but it made the wait easier. It was lunchtime so it was best to be engaged. ♥ Bottom line, it was an overall great experience, and I would absolutely do business with this dealership/Brian again. I highly recommend. More
