After shopping for 3 months in New York I realized all the "leaky" dealerships in New York post vehicles with "internet" price with is a scam for the price if you finance with them. I called Garavel, spoke to Annie, received the price listed on line and bought the car on the spot. In addition to a great Jeep, they provided a 5 year, 100,000 mile powertrain warranty that provides peace of mind. If you live in Long Island, drive 1.5 hours - well worth the trip and great restaurants nearby. More

They deserve this review all day long. They guys @ Garavel definitely surprised me. A simple lease return turn another lease and a genuine friendship. Ask for client advisor Brian. Upon delivery vehicle was outside ready and Business manager Evelyn was waiting with all lease and DMV docs on her desk wait for a few signatures. Did thoroughly explained a few warranties that I was interested in, sign, sign sign, and done. This trip has earned a friend. Garavel do not change a thing!!! More

We all know the dealerships that never follow up, or 3 people follow up not knowing that someone else is assisting. GM Marcial stepped in and was down to earth while still being strictly business. He wanted to confirm some info as far as mileage, zip code for taxes and promised to call me back in 10 minutes. 10 minutes and a few seconds later we had a deal. Easy peasy. We scheduled a delivery date. Car was out side ready. Business manager Evelyn had all lease and DMV docs at the ready. In an out. Must say these 3 have a very good chemistry. Garavel has a new client, keep it up. See you in 36 months! More
