Brian can empathize with employees and often helps coach them on improvement. He is seen as a versatile and friendly leader who understands the challenges and rewards of each role at the dealership. His motto is “treat everyone equally and with respect.” So, Brian encourages great service and revels in the outstanding online reviews the dealership receives. Any, was very hard to reach. She didn't return phone calls or respond to emails until management told her to reach out. I did not get all of my questions answered regarding lease end buy out. I got some of my questions answered by G.M. financing not the dealership or financing. I am still missing IOU parts that were never fulfilled. I was contemplating purchasing a Chevy blazer and trading in the equinox, Amy never got back to me with the amount Heiser would offer for the equinox as promised.Poor customer service experience this time around with Heiser Chevy. More

Had a good experience buying my car. Part of my decision to buy from Heiser, is the location is only 1 block from my house. Then I went to sign the final papers with Brad and I instantly got second thoughts with Brad stating the many things that could go wrong with the car. I declined all the extra coverages and I'll decide on extended warranties within the next 3 years. All said, I'm happy with my purchase. More
