We did respond to you privately but do want to note your vehicle did not fall off a lift and it was inspected before it was returned and the technician reported it was safe for the road. It most definetly fell off the lift! When i went in for service I forgot my work badge inside my car and Jason took me into the shop floor where his directions caused my car too fall off the lift. I saw it. Jason Stone saw it. As well as the technician that worked on my car. Thats when my car started having problems!! Look at the cameras in the shop floor! Jason knows it happened. Very dishonest shop!! I have brought my car to be serviced gere for years and this is how they treat their loyal customers!!!! Do Not Recommend Schaller Acura!!!!
