I am very disappointed with the treatment I got at Ontario dealership. As a Mercedes customer for so many years, I found that the lack of respect to customer demonstrated by Brian Champagne is unaccep Ontario dealership. The service level at this dealership is exceptional. Staff is friendly and acknowledges you. This is my second Mercedes S-Class purchase from Fletcher Ontario. I been to a local competitor who’s sta Staff is friendly and acknowledges you. This is my second Mercedes S-Class purchase from Fletcher Ontario. I been to a local competitor who’s staff doesn’t greet or acknowledge you just to view the redesign model of 2021 S-Class. Consequently, this was my experience prior to my last purchase as well. I will always be a loyal Fletcher Ontario customer. The entire team is awesome and see why they have won many service awards. Nice dealership as well. More
