I was shopping for a new Camaro and encountered Bryan Buhr. Bryan helped me get several performance/appearance options added, and still the deal we struck was very fair. Since the sale Bryan has followed up with me to insure that the car is performing well and that he was able to answer all my questions. During the "paperwork" portion of the purchase Sandy Walker was very helpful in gettings things done right the first time. There was no pressure to purchase additional items, however, she explained them all to me so I could make an informed decision. Jeff Lewis in Service was very helpful in getting things lined up for me to have the service performed there at Elco, and since then he has provided me with all the assistance I have needed. This was the third Chevy I purchased and I must say it was the best experience I've ever had. Much different from when I purchased my '03 Suburban at Weber Chevy in Creve Coeur, Mo. When they allowed me to test drive it, then told me I could not purchase it because I didn't put down a deposit before driving the Suburban. A very unfortunate experience. So, I am pleased to give Elco Chevrolet the highest ratings possible based on the excellent experience I had, and the service Bryan Buhr provided me. We just purchased another vehicle from Elco Cheverlot Cadillac and it was again a smooth process. Brian was great to work with. Initially, I only wanted to test drive an Equinox to compare to other cars. He took a lot of time with me and never pressured me into anything. I was in the market for a new Equinox and had visited two local dealerships. I was most comfortable with the staff at Elco Chevrolet.
