I am very apprehensive when dealing with car sales associates as I previously have felt like I was being taken advantage of- Brian Buhr was very up front in terms of pricing and what Elco was capeable of offering me in my new car purchase. I was shopping for a new Camaro and encountered Bryan Buhr. He knew his cars, and was very helpful in getting all the options on the car I selected, even to the point of searching as far as Louisville t Buhr. Bryan helped me get several performance/appearance options added, and still the deal we struck was very fair. Since the sale Bryan has followed up with me to insure that the car is performing well and that he was able to answer all my questions. During the "paperwork" portion of the purchase Sandy Walker was very helpful in gettings things done right the first time. There was no pressure to purchase additional items, however, she explained them all to me so I could make an informed decision. Jeff Lewis in Service was very helpful in getting things lined up for me to have the service performed there at Elco, and since then he has provided me with all the assistance I have needed. This was the third Chevy I purchased and I must say it was the best experience I've ever had. Much different from when I purchased my '03 Suburban at Weber Chevy in Creve Coeur, Mo. When they allowed me to test drive it, then told me I could not purchase it because I didn't put down a deposit before driving the Suburban. A very unfortunate experience. So, I am pleased to give Elco Chevrolet the highest ratings possible based on the excellent experience I had, and the service Bryan Buhr provided me.
