Great Cadillac sales staff My wife and I are in our 70's and have both owned Cadillacs for over 35 years (we buy two at a time and have owned about 12 Cadillacs between us). Only recently have we started buying through Elco Cadillac since they were awarded the dealership a few years ago (we have bought 3 Cadillacs during that time). This purchase experience was by far one of the best I have had in 35 years. Namely because of a wonderful Sales Manager and outstanding salesman. William Paster is the Sales Manager and Brian Buhr is the salesman. They both spent countless hours working on my purchases and both gave me their undivided attention at all times. They were extremely professional and more importantly, very considerate and attentive to my wife's and my needs. I was extremely satisfied with the new cars we bought, the attention to detail both men displayed, and felt like we got the best deal possible. Both Bill Paster and Brian Buhr went way beyond the required protocol and simply went the extra mile for me. Brian actually came to my home THREE times to program our garage door opener. Bill spent countless hours searching for the EXACT cars we wanted and found them eventually. We were trying to find specific 2015 models with exactly what we wanted at a time when few options existed (the 2016 models were already out) and Bill actually found an exact match of what we wanted. I will buy Cadillacs until the day I die....and will ALWAYS buy them from ELCO Cadillac and these two men. Thank you Cadillac for having such great sales people. More

I attended the car show and given an offer by a competing dealership. I was familiar with Brian from the sales of a vehicle to a friend, so opted to go to see him first. I shared with Brian the offer that was made and though a bit "over the top", Brian and Court worked with me to ensure I was able to make a good deal over the sale of the vehicle. If not, I would have gone back to the competing dealership. Brian and Court are very comfortable to work with and honest. No pretense or pressure. They want to treat you as they would want to be treated. That says alot. Let's just say I left in a beautiful new vehicle that day........and extremely pleased. More

I am very apprehensive when dealing with car sales associates as I previously have felt like I was being taken advantage of- Brian Buhr was very up front in terms of pricing and what Elco was capeable of offering me in my new car purchase.
