Had a no hassle purchase of a new X3 M 40. Brian was excellent. No complaints at all with the no hassle purchase. We traded a BMW 335 I x Drive..The trade in price was acceptable.. They Did It!!!!!! I was told that I could not get out of my previous lease. It was a mess but Brian and Hassan got me out of it. Great Experience Sam and the entire team at BMW of Catonsville were outstanding to work with. Buying out of state was something I was nervous about, but my client adv Sam and the entire team at BMW of Catonsville were outstanding to work with. Buying out of state was something I was nervous about, but my client advisor (Brian Brennan) worked to make the process as seamless as possible. Once we settled on price, the rest of the details fell into place and I couldn't be more happier with both i3 vehicles we picked up! Ran into an issue with the printer while at the dealership which gave us a small hiccup that took a few hours to resolve, but that gave us more time to work with the BMW Genius and get comfortable with the car before leaving. Great experience and would buy from the team again!! More

Brian knew the monthly price was important to us and within less than a week of contacting him he found us a pre-owned certified 2017 BMW 330xi. Great customer service! The price was even less than originally quoted. Sam in finance was great as well. Everyone is friendly at Catonsville BMW from Sales to Service. More

Lonnie Overby was the principal sales agent and did a great job. Brian Brennan also helped out by patiently showing us cars on a day that Lonnie was not available. The seamless teamwork here was nice to see. Sales manager Jerry Herbert supplied the final push to get the deal done in an effective yet personable way. More
