Jeanine was fantastic! I arrived a little late and needed to be done in 1.5 hours after an oil change and tire rotation. She made sure we were out on time. Had a recall repair also completed and she checked to find my first free oil change was still available to use after I asked. I would’ve paid full price but she checked it out and realized I was entitled to the oil change. Can’t thank her enough for her kindness and efficiency! More

I was told it was going to cost me $150 to get the diagnostic done which I already had done someplace else. I knew what the problem was , but the only way I could get Nissan to let me know how to get diagnostic done which I already had done someplace else. I knew what the problem was , but the only way I could get Nissan to let me know how to get it fixed was to go to them so I did. they wanted to charge me another $150 to keep my car longer to figure out the issue. With that being said, I said if I do this, is it going to tell you what needs to be fix the issue and they said no we cannot guarantee you so why in the world would I spend another $150??? More

No one explained to me exactly what they were doing. Just that I needed this. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and and fluids filled. I had a coupon for $59.95 which I was happy abo Just that I needed this. I brought my car in for oil change, tire rotation, and and fluids filled. I had a coupon for $59.95 which I was happy about. However, my bill was just shy of $500.00. I needed to have my brake fluids changed - which I have never had to do on any of my other vehicles. I needed a new engine filter and a filter for the inside car air. I am just wondering if this is something on Nissan's because this is my first. I am happy with the Rogue and will continue to have service done at Auffenberg's for now. More
