Very expensive, but able to work fast I needed the front brake pads and rotors replaced in my GTI - it was an emergency and Lokey was able to get me in first thing in the am the next day. Unfortunately, they charged over $600 for brake pads and rotors - a quick google search will show you that these can be bought from any number of OEM vendors for less than $200. They also charged $160 for a brake flush and around $200 for labor. Way, way, way overpriced. That said, the work appears to be done well, and I can’t complain about how quickly they got me in and all the staff were very nice. Bottom line - next time I would shop around before paying the premium at Lokey. More

Oil change / radio code recovery Lacking in communication, very delayed in service. Dropped car off before opening, was not informed of completion until after 3 pm. (I called at noon inquiring about completion with no service started yet) Service advisor said I was at fault for the prolonged service time bc I did not tell him I when I wanted the service completed even though the appointment was for 7am. I will not buy another VW due to the poor service and rude service personnel as well as the length of time I am on hold each time I call the Lokey VW dealership I do not have these issues at the Mercedes and Ford in dealerships. This review also includes the horrible service experience when I dropped the car off for an oil change. If I could remember the name of the service man that was responsible for that incident, I would name him. More
