Terrible! I waited for 2 hours and ten minutes and when I asked for status, I was told my car had never been looked at. Got my car and left - wasted day. I had an appointment today at 11:00 am. for a lube, oil, and filter I am an elderly lady recovering from back surgery. I use a walker and must wear a back brace. I arrived at 10:55 am. I was sitting on my walker-rollator waiting for my car. I asked for an update at 12:00 & was told it wasn’t ready. At 1:10 I asked if my car was ready. It was still in line even though I told the service guy I had an appointment for physical therapy at 3:00pm. After waiting for 2 hours and ten minutes I asked for my car and left the dealership. When I left there were people who were waiting since 10:00! Why have appointments if you don’t honor them. You’ve seen the last of me. I would never recommend Steve Rayman Chevrolet again. Zero stars from me. More
