Worst customer service I've ever received. We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, We dropped our car off on a Monday with Matt in the service department. We explained EVERYTHING that had been going on with our brand new Sequoia, including what the dealer in our hometown had told us (we were in town visiting family for the week.) The car had already been recharged with freon and was in need of a dye test, we told Matt this specifically to save him time. 2 days pass by with NO word from Matt after he said he would update us same day; We called multiple times and were never able to reach him until the end of the day. He then told us that they had to recharge the freon and then found it had a leak, even though we had ALREADY told him that. He then explained that the part needed would take 2 days to come in and would be in first thing Friday, then it could be installed same day. This was understandable and acceptable as we had planned to leave Saturday and Matt advised we could get the car back Friday end of business. Friday comes along, after multiple calls to his desk directly, the front desk forwarding our calls, and multiple attempts, we finally had to GO IN to get any kind of update on our car only to find out Matt WASN'T EVEN WORKING. He didn't provide ANY updates to us and then left without updating any of his colleagues to assist us. The part was finally installed Saturday morning after we had to extend our trip, STILL to not hold any freon. We had to drive 12 hours home to NC with no air conditioning with 2 little children in the car. Had Matt actually listened to us when we first arrived, this could've been handled quicker and more efficiently not only for the us the customer, but for the poor tech who had to do repetitive work. I will say that Kareem and Brian were phenomenal and handled our situation gracefully since they had to deal with some very upset customers. Luca the master tech was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting what could be done, done in a timely manner. Matt was the most dismissive and incompetent service advisor and made this experience disappointing. If he would listen to his customers, he could save his company time and money and actually provide exceptional customer service. More

I recently relocated from NY and needed the fuel sensor replaced in my Rav4, which required me to bring my car to the dealership. I was updated over the course of 2 days of the current status as the entire fuel tank needed to be replaced. Fast forward 3 months and I brought my car in for service. I was called the day before and advised the dealership would be interested in making me an offer on my car. While the car was being serviced I worked with Patricio Torre, who completely changed my perception of car salesman. Informative, personable and quite knowledgeable, Patricio listened to my requirements and. was able to meet my needs in a new vehicle. Between my service experiences and my sales experience I would recommend Treasure Coast Toyota when you’re in the market for a new vehicle. More

Purchased a 2023 Toyota RAV4 Prime today and Charlie was my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they l my sales consultant. Charles is very personable and warm and did a good job handling my sale. The dealership for the most part was good except they listed my car at $20,000 over MSRP which is greedy and far too high. Charlie worked with me and the Sales Manager and he got the price down to a more reasonable level and I agreed to the deal. I definitely would recommend Charles Harvey i you’re looking for a Toyota.
