He was honest with me about my situation and spent ample time answering all my questions and going through numbers even though I was “just inquiring.” I’ve dealt with other salesmen in similar situations and felt dismissed or pressured or patronized, especially being a woman. I DID end up deciding to trade my car in and Brian and everyone else at Mungenast Honda that day, all the way through Finance, made this purchase probably the most enjoyable and relaxed car buying experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of cars in my 37 years! 10/10 would recommend this dealership and Brain specifically to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More
