Sold me a jeep and 10 days later went in with a check engine light. All they did was clear the light bc they assumed I didn’t want to pay the diagnostic fee. 2 weeks later engine is going crazy and they engine light. All they did was clear the light bc they assumed I didn’t want to pay the diagnostic fee. 2 weeks later engine is going crazy and they tried to charge me $10k for a new engine. Lied saying it was warped and head gaskets were blown. They weren’t. Got the rudest service from the GM and service manager. Something in the engine is messed up and I just traded it back in on 12/2/24 and they already have it up for sale! They only care about making money. I do NOT recommend this dealership. More

It was an awesome experience, everyone was very friendly and speaks to us , Brett poulton was our salesman, he is a great guy, helped us and took a lot of time to find the vehicle we wanted, actually pur and speaks to us , Brett poulton was our salesman, he is a great guy, helped us and took a lot of time to find the vehicle we wanted, actually purchased 4 vehicles from him, also our finance manger was great with us, it was an awesome dealership and experience, thank you Brett for all you did for us we will be back. Not the best dealership to buy from. Don’t stand behind their word! Get the run around treatment then you talk to 6 different salespeople and managers from different dealerships and got Don’t stand behind their word! Get the run around treatment then you talk to 6 different salespeople and managers from different dealerships and got all different deals thrown at me over the phone and by text/ email then no one remembers what they told you or quoted them tell you they made an mistake and they can’t sell it to you at that price because they will be loosing money lol Yeah right!!! So if you don’t get it in writing it didn’t happen and even if you do they still won’t honor it and tell you it was a mistake by them. They also wouldn’t sent the truck to the dealership closest to me so I had to drive 3 hours to the Dublin lot. They wouldn’t give my niece her referral fee because they didn’t know about her referral because that was from the Statesboro lot not the Dublin lot where I purchased the truck at just another way to get over on there customers. I should have just walked away and took my business elsewhere! More
