My name is Brett Paul. I have lived in Fort Wayne, Indiana my entire life and I graduated from Northrop High School. I have worked at O’Daniel for over 10 years. I love to travel, go on vacations, animals, and anything that has to deal with the cold, water, or snow! I take pride in being able to do my job well. Excellent Experience! Brett, had cars ready for us check out when we arrived for our appointment. We looking for a car for my Mom, that she would be comfortable with, and B Brett, had cars ready for us check out when we arrived for our appointment. We looking for a car for my Mom, that she would be comfortable with, and Brett was very accomidating in explaining all the different cars attributes. It started to rain and Brett brought the three cars we were most interested in inside, so we could compare them and stay dry. He was very helpful. Once we picked the Chevy Equinox, Shaylene took excellent care of the financial paperwork, and was done fairly quickly. More

Great Experience I worked with Brett and it was so nice to have someone help us without being on top of my wife and I. I tried avoiding going car shopping because I wa I worked with Brett and it was so nice to have someone help us without being on top of my wife and I. I tried avoiding going car shopping because I want to be able to make my decision on my own instead of being pushed one way or the other. Brett gave us that, he provided us with space and was right there if we needed something. We will definitely be going back to him for our future car searches. More

There was an issue from the finance department, and Shaylene Shaw from finance actually pointed us in a better direction for us and we ended up buying a new vehicle instead. Brett showed us vehicles with Shaylene Shaw from finance. It was a unique experience for my wife and I, and very enjoyable. We made a great decision with both of their help. Thank you both so much. So I gave them a call and they detailed it the next day free of charge. More
