The best car buying experience we’ve had. Very dishonest, they misrepresented financing options stating that 2% apr was available for used suburbans, which after discussing with management was never an actual promotion at any point. Once a deal was reached they changed the price of the car by over $1500 after agreeing to it in writing. The second sales person was more honest than the first but refused to allow a walk around to note the needed repairs before finalizing the sale. Once I got the paint repaired, the color did not match. The service coordinator Candy said she noticed the paint is off, but that was not the part that was repaired. I had to provide photographs showing the car the day we bought it with damage to the panel and the paint matching the rest of the body. It was only after showing the photos that they admitted to mismatching the paint and correcting it. I found it incredible that the coordinator didn’t now what they had serviced. There were also still scratches that needed to be repaired, which were not on the original paperwork due to being refused the walk around. More
