If you actually want your car “fixed” I STRONGLY suggest going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never going literally anywhere else. If you want to spend months of your time waiting for parts to never arrive, calls to never be returned, calls to never be answered, service employees to quit or be fired who were supposed to be working on your car, and to have none of your car issues ever be resolved then I highly advise Southern! It’s should be self explanatory as to why this is a 1 star rating. This dealership has had many changes in management and the turn over rate of its service advisors and technicians has been ridiculous. T star rating. Took my broken down car in on Saturday. Was called on Monday and they said it would be diagnosed “soon”. Called Wednesday because we hadn’t heard anything. Was told they would not be able t Was called on Monday and they said it would be diagnosed “soon”. Called Wednesday because we hadn’t heard anything. Was told they would not be able to look at the car until the following Monday. Went in on Thursday to see about the possibility of a rental. Was told they were unable to provide a free rental until it was diagnosed. Was also told that it was unlikely that it would be diagnosed on Monday and instead would probably be 4 WEEKS until they would be able to take a look at it. Ridiculous that the wait time is 4 weeks for a completely broken down car. Will not be coming back or recommending. More
