The service department is very communicative with customers. My Prius needed a part that needed to be ordered. It came in the next day but the technician who had the expertise to install it had a med customers. My Prius needed a part that needed to be ordered. It came in the next day but the technician who had the expertise to install it had a medical problem needing to be off for a few days. The department left me know early that morning and called again early the next morning to update me that he was still ill. They offered a loaner car which was very appreciated. Ultimately I did not need the loaner vehicle but was very pleased with the recognition that we may have been inconvenienced and ready to help. That’s what makes loyal customers! More
