We have a Prius and a Venza. We started dealing with Allan Nott when they were still located east of Lima. We are still dealing with them because the cars are super and their service is quick and accur Allan Nott when they were still located east of Lima. Last week I discovered one of my headlights was out on the Prius so I went to the service department and they quickly changed the bulb and I was on my way. I love my Prius. It holds four adults with everyone having plenty of room, It drives super and of course it averages about 45MPG in town and 48 on the highway. More

I have had the privilege of dealing with Josh Gould on two different vehicles. The first was a lease on a 2005 Toyota Camry and the second time was the purchase of my 2008 Honda Accord. On both occasions, Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He in no way tried to pressure me on making any decisions and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on my own. I was very pleased with both my lease car and the Honda I purchased, which I still own. The next time I am in the market for a new Honda, I will definitely be contacting Josh! Also, I cannot say enough about the wonderful service I get at this dealership. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they complete your car service in a very timely fashion. I appreciate the courtesy driver when needed. I have never felt "ripped off" on the service of my car and have never experienced any issues with the quality of work done on my auto. Bought a used vehicle a couple of months ago Josh came back in and stayed until the transaction was completed. Very personal and friendly. I was having problems with the driver's side window even though it took a couple of trips the problem was fixed and the window goes up and down without any problems. My wife and I were looking for our first new car, but wanted to make sure we chose one that fit the profile we had in mind. Adam listened and offered suggestions in a calm, polite way. We test drove a few cars and Adam asked questions and answered our questions. He was never pushy and helped us find the car that we were looking for, which turned out to be a Honda Civic Hybrid. A year or so later we returned to buy another car and asked Adam to help locate a Honda Fit Sport. It took a few days and searches across a few states, but with help from others at Allan Nott, Adam was able to find the car that we wanted in the color that we wanted. Adam is very helpful, knowledgeable and gives great customer service. He has promptly answered questions on a few occasions and we recommend him highly. I would also like to mention a few others who have been helpful. Steve Kowalski was also great when we filed the documents to make the purchases of our vehicles. We have our cars serviced at Allan Nott. Jessica Randall and Brett Condon do a great job coordinating the service work that we have done. Additionally, the guys who do the service do a great job. Allan Nott has a great team and we appreciate the great work they do. More
