I arrived early but they immediately took my car in for service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. I was offered shuttle service but declined as it really was done in a timely service and gave me a very accurate estimate of the time it would take. Without exception, A. Nott employees are clear in accomodating and explaining service needs. I like the follow-up calls, making sure that I am satisfied with the service. Excellent service! Loved the shuttle service...had lunch while the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle was completed when we returned from lunch. We had 15,000 mile service done (oil change, tire rotation, while the vehicle was serviced. The vehicle was completed when we returned from lunch. We had 15,000 mile service done (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) and had the coin-holder replaced as it had broken. I suppose the only negative about the experience was that the labor charge on replacing the coin-holder seemed a bit excessive. I've always had pleasant experiences at Allan Nott and will continue to bring my business to them! More
