Read the reviews, is all pretty when you buy the car Clint will even come out and give you a congrats, but after that, the service department is terrible and unethical. Bought a car CPO with 7k miles R Clint will even come out and give you a congrats, but after that, the service department is terrible and unethical. Bought a car CPO with 7k miles RSQ8 5 months ago I put 6500 miles and all the sudden the car needs brakes and tires. The silly service writer Giancarlo says is because of stop and go traffic, I'm glad I'm knowledgeable about cars to know that's just a bunch of bullcrap,I believe they knew they were selling a car that will eventually need service because the brakes barely pass the CPO inspection. 7 thousand miles later and the car all of the sudden needs Tires and brakes in what world, they will try to put examples of their personal cars with you but non of them apply to me since my car gets used for picking up kids and dropping off at school and games. Also when you buy the car they will not take the time to setup your Audi app or explain the features it happened to me. I sent and email and the email prompted a sleazy talk over me call from Bret one of the GM of the dealership. There only solution for this is for me to pay for the parts at a discount and that's something that I turned down since I can clearly understand from the tone of voice used by Bret Macy that he is not interested in making this right. What do it take from all of this, Bret Macy just cares about your sale and he is ok with the service department using big words to scare you and get you to do service with the dealership. I repeat to you, the service and sales at Audi of Coral Springs are deceiving and they just don't care about anything besides your money. More
